Our CEO

Vivian Aranda RN

Vivian Aranda, BSN RN, CM, QIDP serves as the CEO and Nurse Consultant at Boundless Care Inc. She graduated in the Philippines with a bachelor’s degree and pursued postgraduate units in nursing in the US, accumulating nearly 30 years of experience in nursing and healthcare. Her profound dedication to the profession stems from familial influence, instilling in her a deep respect for elders and family values.

Nursing allows her to channel her innate care and love into impactful practices that contribute to the well-being of others. A graduate of the University Of San Agustin Iloilo City in the Philippines, Vivian co-launched the first home health facility in the city, where she began her career as a young nurse.

Upon realizing the gap in nursing practice and resources, she decided to move to the US. Initially hired by a Tri-level nursing facility, she provided direct nursing care to

seniors and adults, gaining insight into diverse patient populations and the challenges of aging without family support. Her commitment to learning led her to become the Assistant Director, eventually working with consultants on state visits.

Seeking further knowledge, she transitioned to Stanford University Medical Center, serving as a charge nurse, float, and direct patient care provider. Here, she encountered cutting-edge medical technologies and treatments, participating in hospital-wide projects and mentoring nursing students. She also had the opportunity to be part of the NCLEX review and writing panel. Vivian's experiences expanded to intermediate care in the acute setting, covering various clinical cases.

In her entrepreneurial journey, Vivian co-founded Boundless Care Inc. in 2006, offering holistic care services for adults, with a focus on seniors. And now as the sole owner of the corporation, she is managing the organization alongside a dynamic team, she navigated the challenges of Silicon Valley, establishing a licensed home care agency, geriatric consulting, non-emergency transport, and nursing registry.

As a healthcare entrepreneur, Vivian aspires to create compassionate care for seniors, advocating for a future where care transcends boundaries. Despite initial challenges, she remains resilient, finding inspiration in failures and drawing support from her nursing background and family. Vivian continues to strive for excellence, aiming to inspire her children to believe in limitless possibilities through hard work and dedication.

Her love for family, passion for her profession, creativity, collaboration, and social responsibility drive Vivian to live a purposeful life, dedicated to giving back to her community.
